Do you aspire to be part of a high performing Analytics and Transformation team within a global Chief Risk Officer (CRO) organisation at the forefront of the wealth management industry?
In this diverse role you will maintain data processing jobs, develop data models, implement new technologies and contribute to change initiatives to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management. Working alongside Risk, Compliance, Analytics and Legal SMEs in highly skilled, fast-paced teams you will drive business value through collaboratively solving complex analytical problems

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Lead and support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives

  • Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources

  • Monitor and optimize data processes for accuracy and performance

  • Develop, validate and maintain data models

  • Ensure data quality and accuracy through testing and validation

  • Work closely with internal IT and business to design and develop data-driven solutions by leveraging latest technology as well as the CRO Analytics & Transformation in-house built infrastructure

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master from a university or university of applied sciences in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)

  • At least 2 years of experience in data engineering

  • As an agile worker, you enjoy working in a fast-paced banking environment where things evolve quickly

  • You are curious to learn new things and apply out-of-the-box thinking to challenge the status quo and proactively propose new solutions

  • You are team-oriented and enjoy collaborating with diverse experts, listening to different ideas and voicing your own, to deliver the best possible outcome

  • You are proficient in database programming (SQL/Oracle), any additional programming language is a plus (Python, R)

  • You are fluent in English (main business language) and German, any further language is an advantage
